THE EPISODES DON'T PLAY SMOOTHLY OR THEY KEEP STOPPING IN THE MIDDLE.
- If you are an AOL user, try visiting the Website using Internet Explorer or Safari rather than the AOL browser.
- Before pressing the Play button, wait a few minutes until the program has been downloaded completely. The best way to tell how much has been downloaded is to use the scroll knob at the bottom of the viewer screen. Pull it all the way to the right. It will stop when it reaches the end of the file. Once you are able to scroll all the way to the right, the episode has been completely downloaded.
- If it is taking an unusually long time, try connecting later when your Internet connection is better due to less traffic. If you want to know just how fast or slow your connection is, visit the site http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ and run the simple speed test.
- If none of this works, please Contact Us. Please include the following information about your set up, if possible:
1. web browser
2. operating system
3. make and model of your computer
4. phone number & best time to call to troubleshoot the problem
